Tazz entertainments booked – twisty Paul if Tazz not available, school to discuss after-school activities and send text to parents, kids club operates independently

Staff meeting taking place at the same time – contact for any first aid needs and to match child to carer at the end

Additional communication to foundation parents needed (Sarah to message via facebook page) re: fancy dress, extra money, Sarah contact for foundation children at disco if tired or need help

Food to be purchased and vegetarian option required – vegetarian sausage and skittles

Tuck shop and stick on tattoos – Sam to sort

Helpers required from 2pm to decorate the hall and set up.



Matthew Lee discussed new website and dedicated FOSS page to disseminate info.

Christmas Fair:

More helpers required, enterprise team need to produce more goody bags due to the success last year, especially for foundation children

Next meeting to discuss details: Friday 20th October (after school meeting discussed however difficult due to after-school commitments)



First aid course for all Singleton children. Sarah proposed Mini First Aid company to deliver first aid training to all children in year groups with interactive sessions. Sarah to cost out and propose to staff.

Current school books request – top ten. Mrs Millward requests approximately £200 to refresh school reading books with exciting new titles for literacy groups.
